S&F 双层油罐(全称钢制强化玻璃纤维制双层油罐)结构的本体钢制部分称为“内壳”,外部由 FRP 形成的保
护及检测层称为“外壳”。
S&F 双层油罐在埋藏于地下时,主要由内壳承受土石等外界压力。因为实际上虽然外界压力直接作用于外壳,
但所受之压力均由外壳同步传递到了内壳,所以外壳并不是主要的保持结构强度的部分。
The main steel body of S&F Double-wall tank(with the full name of ‘steel and FRP double-wall tank’) is called “inner
shell”, and the FRP protecting layer is “outer shell ”
When s&f Double-wall tank is buried underground,inner shell mainly endures the pressure form earth and stone.
although outer pressure acts on outer shell directly,it transfers to the inner shell at the same time, there for the outer
shell isn’t the main part to keep the structure strength.

双层结构
钢制强化玻璃纤维制双层结构,在内部钢壳与外部强化玻璃纤维层之间采用专制加工方法,使内外层之间产生
0.1-0.3mm 的空隙,即使内壳生产泄漏,也能保证所容危险物仅在空隙中流动,不会马上溢出外界污染环境。
